Progressive Black Metal

Progressive black metal is a fusion of black metal with progressive rock/metal. It features the aggressive and atmospheric sound of black metal, but with a greater emphasis on technical musicianship, complex song structures, and experimentation. It often incorporates elements of other genres such as jazz, folk, and classical music.
