Post-black Metal

Post-black metal is a subgenre of black metal that emerged in the mid-2000s. It is characterized by its use of atmospheric and melodic elements, as well as a departure from the traditional raw and aggressive sound of black metal. Post-black metal often incorporates elements of shoegaze, post-rock, and ambient music, resulting in a more introspective and atmospheric sound.
